Description : Annual. The fresh leaves are a treat in salads and sauces. Thrives on open grounds and pots. Height around 50 cm.

Sowing : March-May in cold frame or pots, May-June on open grounds. All year long inside. Tightly press the seeds into the soil, don’t cover with soil.

Germination, soil temperature : 15-20 days, 16-20°C

Site : Sunny, likes soil rich in nutrients. Very bright indoors.

Spacing : 3x10cm.

Care : Remove/replant the plants that are too close to one another

Blooming/harvesting time : Juli-frost on open grounds, January-December indoors.

Tip : Fresh basil tastes the best.
