Description : Perennial. Intense flavor, slightly peppery. Used in soups, meat and vegetables dishes, with cucumber, cheese, pizza or as an infusion. Stimulate appetite, good against cough, mucus production and cramps, desinfects.
Sowing : Cold frame/in open grounds, April-mid-August. Press the seeds and keep the soil moist.
Depth : Don’t cover the seed.

Site : Sunny and dry, likes sandy soils poor in nutrients.
