Lust auf Kuchen, aber du hast nicht so viel Zeit und Motivation? Dann bist du hier richtig! Quatre-quarts ist ein Kinderspiel! Quatre-quarts bedeutet im deutschen vier Viertel und heißt so, weil er aus gleichen Anteilen von Zucker, Mehl, Butter und Eier besteht. Also einfach die gewünschte Anzahl an Eier wiegen (mit Schale), und anschließend genau so viel von dem Rest hinzufügen (zum Beispiel wiegen 3 Eier ungefähr 125g).

Die Zutaten :

  • 125g Mehl
  • 125g Zucker
  • 125g geschmolzene Butter
  • 3 Eier
  • 1 Packung Backpulver

Und so geht’s :

  1. Den Ofen auf 180°C vorheizen.
  2. Alle Zutaten zusammenmischen und mit einem Schneebesen zu einem einheitlichen Teig rühren.
  3. Den Teig in einer eingefetteten Backform geben.
  4. 25 Minuten im Ofen backen lassen.
  5. Und schon ist es fertig! Guten Appetit! 🙂
